Hello, everyone. It is a great honor to speak here today as the representative of the secretary of the Communist Youth League. My name is XX, and I am the Communist Youth League Secretary of E-commerce 10- 1 class. I want to share some experience in the work of the Communist Youth League branch secretary. Today, my speech will start from three aspects: branch construction, personal development and work experience.

For a league branch secretary, her greatest wealth is her league branch, and it is the working goal of every league branch secretary to carry out the construction of the league branch efficiently and orderly. I will introduce the branch construction of our class from the following three aspects.

The first is the learning situation of the branch, that is, the number of people who have won various scholarships in our class and the professional share at the end of the freshman year. At the same time, four of our students changed their majors at the end of their freshman year because of their excellent grades. Next is the passing rate of the grade examination. For the first time, the passing rate of our department was 85%, and the passing rate of Band 6 was 58.3%. Some students in the class have obtained certificates of computer level 4 and 3, and the coverage rate of level 2 is also considerable. In addition, in order to create a better learning atmosphere, we cooperated with the school to create a good class atmosphere, and combined with the actual situation of our branch, we formulated our own construction plan, which is currently proceeding as planned. I think learning is the foundation of the development of a branch, which can cultivate an upward spirit of the branch and guarantee the smooth development of other construction work. The second part is organizational construction. * * * The Communist Youth League, as the reserve force of the * * * production party, should cultivate the reserve force for the China * * * production party. And each Youth League branch is responsible for helping branch members to complete the transformation from a * * * Communist Youth League member to a qualified * * * party member by strengthening ideological study. Through two years' study and development, our branch now has party member 1 person, party member 1 person, and 9 activists. More than half of the students have submitted their applications for joining the Party, hoping to join the Party organization as soon as possible.

In order to strengthen the cohesion of the branch, create a better branch culture, and respond to the call of the Youth League Committee, we held a group day activity with the theme of "When youth meets university". We first investigated the ideological fluctuations and the puzzles and problems we encountered after entering the university, and then we held an experience exchange activity of "inheriting experience and helping dreams fly". Through face-to-face communication with outstanding seniors and sisters, we have a more real understanding of college life and how to face up to our present situation. In addition, in order to strengthen the internal contact of the branch and understand the ideological trends of everyone, we hold regular league branch meetings to provide opportunities for mutual exchange and learning. If organizational construction is the link to strengthen the centripetal force of the branch and improve the communication between the members of the branch, then the propaganda and construction of the branch is the window for external display.

This is our work in the 12.9 poster contest. This work condensed the painstaking efforts and efforts of too many people in the class and finally won the first prize of the school. Then we made the class magazine. This class magazine is the exclusive publication of our branch. We use our own words and lenses to record stories that happen to us. It is mottled and unforgettable. The class magazine stopped those wonderful times for a long time and became the best memorial for all of us in college life. In addition, we have also opened the homepage of everyone in the class, and set up a window to show our image with the help of this communication method which is the most concerned by college students at present. Finally, we applied for a class email to share the summary information of branch activities, study documents or professional-related articles in the group, which is another platform for us to learn from each other and expands our channels for obtaining information. Finally, in order to enrich everyone's life, we also held many entertainment activities. For example, Swan Lake BBQ, Girls' Day, Singles Day, and other class gatherings. These activities make the whole thing more harmonious.

The following are some of my work experiences. From the moment I took up this post, I knew that the Communist Youth League Secretary gave you more than just a name. More importantly, the important task after this job is how to build an excellent League branch. This means that all work must be centered on the League branch and help the development of the members of the branch, so that an activity can get everyone's response and support. However, to arrange various activities, the Communist Youth League branch secretary must pay more time and energy. No matter whether I can really play an effective role in this activity, I will stay with my classmates at work, and I want them to know that this youth league branch will always be with you. Therefore, when the two-year youth league branch secretary's work is coming to an end, when I look back on the past days, my heart is full of great happiness. The work of the Communist Youth League branch secretary has not only brought me growth, but also made me feel that I can be with people all my life behind this growth. At the same time, I am glad that there are so many lovely people in my class to accompany me for two years.

Finally, what I want to say is how to balance the work of the League branch secretary and my study life. I think we should first define our phased goals. Freshman summer vacation, at the request of the college, wrote his own academic plan. Through this plan, I have a clear plan for my college students for the first time. For example: So at different stages, we should clearly know what our main task is at present. Secondly, you must be clear about your highest goal, what you want in college, and what height you want to reach in four years. Once you make this clear, your life will not be easily disrupted by some unexpected events, you will naturally balance all kinds of affairs, and you will also find that your work efficiency will be effectively improved. This is my experience as a Communist Youth League secretary. But I'm just a representative. I believe there are too many excellent youth league cadres behind me, who are making contributions to the development of youth league cadres. We should take this commendation as an opportunity, stand at a new height and begin to meet a new round of challenges.
