Requirements for high school students to apply for Russian universities:
1, passed the exam (no failed subjects).
2. Have a diploma (or after the end of the preparatory course at the latest).
High school transcripts don't need college entrance examination results, just high school graduation examination results. Individual art colleges need to provide a video portfolio when applying. (Some English teaching majors need IELTS TOEFL scores, or pass the Russian English proficiency test)
Materials required to apply for studying in Russia: passport, copy of ID card, 3.5*4.5cm bareheaded color photo with white background, and copy of graduation certificate. In addition, before going abroad, you need to handle: graduation certificate and degree certificate (only notarized bachelor degree or above, double certification and transcripts). You don't need this application, but you need it when you apply for admission abroad or join the department.
I hope it helps you.
