Royal holloway College (University of London), referred to as Royal holloway for short, is a first-class university located in the suburb of London, England. RHUL was founded in 1886. Queen Victoria granted it a royal charter and presided over the opening ceremony.

Royal holloway College joined the University of London on 1900, becoming one of the independent colleges and one of the five colleges selected by the University of London to specialize in science teaching and research. 1986, on the occasion of100th anniversary, Queen Elizabeth II presided over the merger ceremony with Bedford College (founded in 1849).

Due to its ancient Gothic red brick buildings and green gardens, Royal holloway College was rated as one of the top ten most beautiful campuses in Britain and one of the 16 most beautiful campuses in the world by the Daily Telegraph.

School of Management, School of Economics, School of Media and Art, and School of Computer Science attract a large number of international students, and its information security course ranks first in the world. Film and television production, film and television script writing, documentary production, drama system, director and drama performance are all practical majors.
