The College of Science, Technology and Art of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University is a full-time independent college with the characteristics of textile, clothing and art design, aiming at cultivating high-quality applied talents and coordinated development of multiple disciplines. In 2000, the college began to recruit full-time undergraduates for Zhejiang Province. In 2004, it successfully passed the special inspection and confirmation of the running conditions and teaching work of independent colleges by the Ministry of Education. In 2006, he began to run a school in front of the Aerospace Factory, and received his bachelor's degree on 20 12.

Zhejiang Sci-Tech University and Shangyu District People's Government of Shaoxing jointly established the College of Science, Technology and Art of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, which is located in the east of Binhai New City. The first phase of the project covers an area of 550 mu, and the newly-built school building is about 240,000 square meters. According to the scale planning and construction of 6,800 full-time students and 650 faculty members, the long-term full-time students will reach 1 10,000. The major setting is based on the existing 29 undergraduate majors (directions), and it will reach about 40 undergraduate majors (directions) in the long term.
