Conditions for universities to apply for day study
Conditions for applying for day study:

Full-time college students are arranged by the school. In principle, students are not allowed to live off campus. In any of the following circumstances, you can apply for day study:

1. Not suitable for living in a student apartment due to physical condition or health condition.

2. The home address is close to the school.

3. Graduate students rent houses on campus.

Procedures for day study:

1. The students themselves submit a written application, and after the preliminary examination by the counselor (class teacher), they will issue a registration form and a day-to-day agreement to the students who meet the application conditions.

2. Students and their parents fill in the application registration form for day-to-day study, which is signed by the counselor (class teacher) and reviewed (the application for day-to-day study for physical reasons must be verified by the hospital at or above the county level), and then reported to the competent leader of the hospital (department).

3. After the examination and approval of the competent leaders of the college (department), the director of the Student Affairs Office shall summarize the application registration form of the college (department) day students and report it to the school apartment management department for examination and approval.

4. The college (department) signs a day-to-day agreement with the students and their parents, and then submits the day-to-day application registration form and the day-to-day agreement to the Student Affairs Office for review, signature and filing.

5. Students shall go through the formalities of lodging withdrawal and fee refund with the "Application Registration Form for Day School" and "Day School Agreement".
