1982 graduated from the Department of Geography of Hebei Normal University, and received a doctorate from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. He is currently the honorary chairman of Hebei Youth Science and Technology Association. Social honorary title: advanced individual and outstanding young and middle-aged expert in Hebei Province.
