Langfang Oriental Vocational and Technical College is a full-time ordinary college approved by the people's government of Hebei Province and put on record by the Ministry of Education, with the qualification of independently issuing nationally recognized academic qualifications.

At present, the college has eight departments and two departments, including medical department, economic management department, art design department, information engineering department, cultural relics department, education department, civil aviation service and tourism management department, urban railway department and basic department, and technical secondary school department, covering nearly 30 majors such as cultural relics, medicine, modern service, art, IT, architecture and preschool education, and enrolling students nationwide.

The first phase of the campus covers an area of 500 mu, with advanced supporting facilities such as apple computer room, sewing machine room, electronic and electrician laboratory, woodworking laboratory, basic nursing laboratory, physiological and biochemical laboratory, anatomy laboratory, aviation simulation cabin, library and gymnasium. Italian-Roman style campus buildings are simple and elegant.

College is the first directly affiliated institution of higher learning in Oriental University Town, with a first-class teaching staff with reasonable age structure, educational background structure and professional title structure. There are more than 220 full-time and part-time teachers and foreign teachers, of which 35% are associate professors or above, 70% are graduate students or above, and more than 30% are double-qualified teachers.

Under the new educational situation, the college has established a modern management system and operation mechanism that is in line with international standards, introduced the latest international teaching materials, and implemented heuristic teaching and open practice teaching in specialized courses, thus forming a set of teaching mode that faces the international market, pays attention to practice, improves overall quality and strengthens ability. At the same time, carry out extensive international exchanges and cooperation. At present, it has established cooperative relations with educational institutions in the United States, Canada, Britain, Singapore and other countries and regions, and opened a through train for students, which has accelerated the internationalization process of the college.
