Santa Monica College offers 76 courses in major fields, including business management, economics, physics, computer science, communication, graphic arts, chemistry, fashion design, biology and engineering. We attach great importance to the personal interaction between faculty and students. Class sizes are usually smaller than those in large universities.

International Education Center (IEC)

Santa Monica College has established an international education center to provide a wide range of student services and courses for international students, including international admission permits, international courses, the dean's office and the international education consultation center. The international education center will provide assistance in application and registration, university consultation, medical care, accommodation, non-immigrant visa issues and student life. In addition, international education also provides intensive ESL courses, overseas study, SMC overseas semester, summer transition courses and other short-term courses.
