The Information Commons of University of Science and Technology Liaoning is located on the 5th floor of the Library of University of Science and Technology Liaoning, and there are two information commons. On the east side of the fifth floor of the library is the information enjoyment space I, and on the west side is the information enjoyment space II.

The library of University of Science and Technology Liaoning enjoys information space, and provides all students with 30 hours of free use time each semester for online study, homework completion and literature review.
