Article 5 Levels and types of running schools: State-owned public full-time ordinary institutions of higher learning, which are key institutions of higher learning in Yunnan Province, are qualified to recruit doctors, masters and undergraduates for multi-level academic education.

Article 6 Organization: The school has set up an enrollment leading group to be fully responsible for undergraduate enrollment. The Admissions Office is a permanent organization that organizes and implements the enrollment work, and is specifically responsible for the daily work of undergraduate enrollment.

Chapter II Training Mode, Educational System and Tuition Fees

Article 7 Undergraduate students in schools are divided into "ordinary undergraduate students" and "ordinary undergraduate students in higher vocational education" (hereinafter referred to as "higher vocational undergraduate students"), both of which belong to undergraduate level and are trained full-time. Students who meet the relevant regulations upon graduation will be awarded graduation certificates and degree certificates by Kunming University of Science and Technology.

Eighth undergraduate students of various majors will stay in Chenggong Campus when they are admitted to the school. Students of all majors in higher vocational colleges were admitted to Xinying Campus when they entered school.

Article 9 Majors involving large-scale enrollment shall be admitted according to large-scale enrollment and cultivated according to large-scale enrollment. After the large-scale training, in the same category, according to students' academic performance, students' wishes, etc. They will be diverted to specific majors for training.

Article 10 A school shall implement a flexible academic system on the basis of the basic academic system. The basic education system of architecture, urban and rural planning, landscape architecture and clinical medicine is 5 years, and the flexible education system is 4-8 years; Other majors have a basic academic system of 4 years and a flexible academic system of 3-7 years.

Article 11 Tuition: According to the tuition standard approved by Yunnan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, it is divided into the following three categories, among which:

(1) General undergraduate major: 3,400 yuan/academic year for literature major; 4,000 yuan/academic year for majors in law, management and economics; 4,500 yuan/academic year for science and engineering and agriculture majors; 5000 yuan/academic year for clinical medicine major; Art major 10000 yuan/school year.

(2) Higher vocational undergraduate majors: 7,000 yuan/academic year for literature, economics and management majors; 8,500 yuan/academic year for science and engineering majors; Art major 10000 yuan/school year.

(3) Chinese-foreign cooperative education: 29,000 yuan/academic year.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Twelfth schools should be based on the orientation, conditions and social needs, overall consideration of the development of each major, combined with the provinces (municipalities, autonomous regions) and the employment situation of graduates, to determine the plans of different provinces and different majors. When candidates fill in their volunteers, they should first check the "Source Table of Enrollment Plan" published by official website, our university, and determine whether the enrollment plan training type in this province belongs to "ordinary undergraduate" or "higher vocational undergraduate" major.

Article 13 The enrollment majors and enrollment plans of schools by province shall be subject to the data published by the provincial enrollment department.

Chapter IV Access Rules

Fourteenth in the process of enrollment, we should strictly implement the national enrollment policy, and enroll students according to the principles of fairness, justice, openness, comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence and physique, and merit-based admission.

Fifteenth parallel volunteer for the first time (or the order of the first volunteer file) is not full, can accept the solicitation of volunteers (or the order of the first volunteer file).

Sixteenth in the same batch, there is no "grade difference" in the professional arrangement of the candidates, and the admission is based on the principle of "score priority and voluntariness". That is, the candidates with the same investment scores are ranked from high to low according to the investment scores (including policy bonus points), and the candidates with the same investment scores are ranked from high to low according to Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages and comprehensive subjects. Each candidate's professional volunteers are arranged in the order from front to back. If the reported professional volunteers cannot meet and obey the professional adjustment, they will enter the adjustment queue and wait for the adjustment to make professional arrangements for the follow-up candidates.

Seventeenth when the candidates fill in the professional volunteers can not meet, if the candidates obey the professional adjustment, in the adjustment queue, according to the candidates' grades from high to low, they are transferred to the unfinished majors in the enrollment plan. Allow the provinces that comprehensively reform the college entrance examination to adjust in the same professional group; Regardless of the professional group, directly file to the professional provinces, and cannot be adjusted between majors.

Article 18 In principle, only candidates with professional aspirations are admitted to all majors in our higher vocational colleges. Candidates who fill in their professional volunteers and are subject to professional adjustment can be transferred to other undergraduate majors that are not fully recorded.

Article 19 In principle, only the candidates who fill in the volunteers of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools can be admitted to the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in our school. Candidates who fill in professional volunteers and have professional transfers can be transferred to other Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools with incomplete records in the same batch.

Twentieth any of the following circumstances, do early retirement treatment:

(1) None of the candidates' professional aspirations can be met, and they are not subject to professional adjustment;

(2) Candidates' physical conditions do not meet the requirements of the reported major and cannot be transferred to other majors;

(3) The school plan is full and the candidates are not accepted;

(4) Although the candidates have major transfers, but their professional volunteers have not reported the higher vocational undergraduate major or the Sino-foreign cooperative education major, and the reported major cannot be met and cannot be transferred to other ordinary undergraduate majors, the candidates voluntarily give up the transfer to the higher vocational undergraduate major or the Sino-foreign cooperative education major, or cannot obtain the candidates' wishes in an effective way;

(5) Other circumstances in which the provincial admissions department stipulates that the file should be withdrawn.

Twenty-first art majors are arranged according to the rules of each province, and the candidates' professional arrangement principles are as follows:

(1) The results of the professional unified examination (joint examination) are recognized. The cultural achievements of the college entrance examination have reached the local art undergraduate line, and the professional unified examination (joint examination) has passed the undergraduate course, and the students are admitted from high to low according to the cultural achievements of the college entrance examination. Those with the same cultural achievements in the college entrance examination will be admitted from high to low according to the unified professional examination (joint examination);

(2) according to the school's "score first, follow the principle of voluntariness" for professional arrangements;

(3) See Articles 17, 18, 19 and 20 of the Articles of Association for adjustment and withdrawal.

Twenty-second high-level athletes admission principles:

(1) announced by the "Sunshine College Entrance Examination" platform of the Ministry of Education, and admitted according to the preferential scores of the college entrance examination cultural achievements enjoyed by the publicity;

(2) Candidates whose cultural achievements in the same project reach the corresponding preferential scores will be admitted from high to low according to their professional test scores. If their professional test scores are the same, they will be admitted from high to low according to the cultural scores of the college entrance examination;

(three) for the provinces that have merged and adjusted the admission batches, the performance requirements of cultural courses shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education and the relevant provincial admissions departments.

Twenty-third to apply for the flight technology major, you must pass the physical examination and background investigation of the civil aviation recruitment physical examination and appraisal institution in advance before you can apply for it. At the time of admission, according to the admission standards determined by the Ministry of Education and the Civil Aviation Administration of that year, the cultural achievements of the college entrance examination must reach 60% or more of the total score of the college entrance examination in this province (without any policy extra points), and English should reach 90% or more. According to the cultural scores (excluding policy scores) from high to low, when the cultural scores are the same, according to the priority of policy scores, foreign languages, Chinese, mathematics and comprehensive subjects, the scores are ranked from high to low. The teaching language of this major is English, so candidates in languages other than English should report carefully.

Twenty-fourth professional physical examination standards are based on the "Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" and related supplementary provisions issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation. The physical examination and appraisal of flight technology specialty shall be carried out in accordance with the latest Code for Physical Examination and Appraisal of Civil Aviation Recruiting Flight Students issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, and the civil aviation background investigation shall be carried out in accordance with the Regulations on Civil Aviation Background Investigation issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China.

Twenty-fifth for all kinds of candidates with extra points, our school strictly implements the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the provincial admissions departments, but the total score of extra points does not exceed 20 points.

Twenty-sixth in addition to the flight technology major, the proportion of male and female students in other majors is not limited.

Twenty-seventh candidates who apply for foreign language and literature (including English and translation) require that the foreign language be English and take the oral English test organized by the local provincial admissions department.

Article 28 The language of foreign language teaching for students after entering school is mainly English.

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Twenty-ninth schools should strengthen the publicity of enrollment information, relevant enrollment policies and admission results, which will be announced in time through the website designated by the Ministry of Education or the school official website. Thirtieth Chenggong campus student apartments are divided into four rooms and six rooms. The charge standard for a quadruple room is 1.200 yuan per person per academic year, and the charge standard for a six-person room is 800 yuan per person per academic year. Xinying Campus is a 6-room apartment, and the charging standard for the 6-room apartment is 800 yuan per person per academic year; For ordinary dormitories with 6 people and 8 people, the charging standard for ordinary dormitories is 400 yuan per person per academic year. If the accommodation fee standard is adjusted, it must be approved by the Yunnan Provincial Development and Reform Commission.

Article 31 If the Articles of Association conflict with the national laws, regulations or superior policies, the national laws, regulations or superior policies shall prevail.

Article 32 In the process of enrollment consultation, the school does not make any admission commitment, and the opinions and suggestions of the enrollment consultant are only used as a reference for candidates to fill in their volunteers, and do not constitute an offer or commitment by the school to candidates and their parents.

Thirty-third schools do not entrust any intermediary institutions or individuals to enroll students, and do not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state.
