I come from Zhenyuan, Gansu, a national poverty-stricken county on the Loess Plateau, with inconvenient transportation, limited educational resources and relatively backward economy. I still remember the first time I went to the provincial capital to participate in the physics competition experiment. I didn't even see the equipment for the game. When I finally found the instrument switch, it was time to experiment. Hello everyone!

In high school, parents always taught us that high school is the most difficult stage of life. After high school, it is easy to enter the university. However, when I arrived in Tsinghua, I found that this was not the case. Four years of college time, tired and happy, hard and full. Today, I want to take this opportunity to share with you three sentences I learned in Tsinghua.
The first sentence is called "be your best self".
I heard this sentence from Mr. Yao Qizhi. In the past four years, Mr Yao has appeared in almost every lecture in Yao Ban, and he always listens very carefully. Teacher Yao once said that he also has many new fields to explore and learn, and even wants to compare with us to see who learns quickly and well. How to be the best of yourself? I have always regarded this sentence as a standard and always pushed myself.
