Leave must be approved by the academic affairs office, and the holiday is generally not more than two weeks. Except for justified reasons such as force majeure, those who fail to go through the leave formalities within the time limit or fail to go through the leave after the time limit are deemed to have waived their admission qualification.
Article 2 After new students enter the school, the school shall examine the new students in accordance with the national enrollment regulations within three months. Those who pass the second interview will be registered and obtained a student status; Those who fail the second interview will be dealt with according to the situation until they are disqualified. Anyone who practices fraud or engages in malpractices for selfish ends, once verified, will be disqualified from admission or school status at any time, and the files and accounts will be returned to the place where the family is registered. If the circumstances are bad, report to the relevant departments for investigation.
Article 3 The re-examination of freshmen's entrance examination shall be organized by Shenzhen University Hospital (hereinafter referred to as the school hospital). For freshmen who are suffering from diseases (including new diseases) and are not suitable for studying in school, if they are diagnosed by the secondary hospital designated by the school and can meet the admission physical examination standards within one year after treatment, they will not register for the time being and retain their admission qualifications for one year. Those who retain the admission qualification will go through the formalities of leaving school within two weeks and go home for treatment. Those who have no student status and do not enjoy the treatment of students in school may apply for admission to the school before the start of the next school year. The school will designate a hospital for diagnosis and meet the requirements of physical examination. After passing the school audit, you can re-apply for admission registration according to the admission standards for freshmen in the next school year. Those who fail the physical examination or fail to go through the admission formalities within the time limit will be disqualified.
Article 4 At the beginning of each semester, students must pay tuition fees and related fees at the school within the registration date stipulated by the school, and go through the registration formalities at their college. Those who do not pay tuition fees without the approval of the school will not be registered. Unregistered students will be disqualified from attending classes.
(a) students must hold my student ID card when registering, and the registrar shall register the students in the school registration system and affix a special seal for registration on the student ID card as a valid certificate of registration and student ID card.
(2) Students who can't report to school on time for some reason must ask for leave in advance (sick leave must be certified by hospitals at or above the county level) and explain the time of leave. The leave time shall not exceed two weeks from the date of registration. If it is really necessary to extend the vacation due to illness, the formalities for extending the vacation shall be handled with the certificate of the hospital at or above the county level. Anyone caught cheating will be severely punished by the school.
(3) Those who fail to go through the formalities of asking for leave or renewing leave for more than two weeks (including two weeks) or fail to report after asking for leave within the time limit shall be regarded as students giving up their school status and will be treated as automatic withdrawal.
(4) If the student ID card is lost, it can be registered in advance with the consent of the college, and the verification procedures will be suspended after the student ID card is reissued.
(five) students with financial difficulties can apply for loans or other forms of financial assistance, and register after going through the relevant procedures.
Article 5 After registration, if a student asks for leave due to illness or business, he must go through the formalities of asking for leave.
(a) sick leave, with the student's own application and school hospital sick leave.
(two) leave on business, with the student's own application and written proof of the relevant departments.
(3) Vacation within two weeks shall be approved by the leaders of the college to which the students belong and reported to the Academic Affairs Office for the record; Holidays exceeding two weeks shall be signed by the leaders of the college to which the students belong and approved by the Academic Affairs Office.
(4) Leave for work must be handled by students themselves.
(5) After the expiration of sick leave and personal leave, students must cancel their leave at the Academic Affairs Office.
Chapter II Academic System, Years of Study and Credits
Article 6 The standard length of study for undergraduate majors is usually four years, and the standard length of study for civil engineering disciplines such as urban planning and architecture is five years. The school implements the credit system and implements the flexible academic system according to the credit system management mechanism. The longest period of undergraduate study in our school is eight years, and those who exceed this period will not be registered.
Seventh for various reasons to retain the school, drop out, etc. Are included in the school study period (except military service).
Eighth students who meet the conditions for early graduation during the standard study period may apply for early graduation; Those who graduate early must go through the application and payment procedures according to the relevant regulations of the school. Those who fail to complete the credits specified in the training plan within the specified maximum school study period shall be treated as graduation or withdrawal.
Article 9 It is a necessary condition for students to obtain graduation qualification that the accumulated credits meet the requirements of the total credits of the professional training plan. The total credits of all grades and majors shall be implemented according to the corresponding training plan.
Chapter III Major and Minor, Double Major and Double Degree
Article 10 The school implements the system of minor, double major and double bachelor's degree.
Article 11 A student's major after being admitted to the college entrance examination is his major. If students have spare time to study, they can apply for minor, double major and double bachelor's degree according to their own interests and school conditions.
Article 12 Students who have completed the credits specified in the professional training plan, completed the courses specified in the minor teaching plan and obtained the corresponding credits during their school days may apply to the college where the minor major is located, and after passing the examination of the college or school, they may obtain the Minor Certificate. The "minor certificate" only proves that students have completed another minor project other than their major, and does not prove their academic qualifications.
Thirteenth students who have completed the credits specified in the professional training plan and completed the courses specified in another professional training plan and obtained the corresponding credits during their school days may apply to the college where their major is located, and after passing the examination of the college and the school, they can obtain a double-major certificate. The double degree certificate is embodied in the graduation certificate of the major that the student has studied.
Article 14 During the period of school, students who have completed the credits specified in the professional training plan and obtained the bachelor's degree in this major and completed the courses specified in the double bachelor's degree training plan of another major that does not belong to the same discipline category with this major and obtained the corresponding credits may apply to the college where the double bachelor's degree major is located, and obtain the bachelor's degree certificate of another major after being examined and approved by the academic degree evaluation committee at college and university levels.
Fifteenth students who have passed the required courses and have not been punished meet the conditions of applying for minor, double degree and double major. The application procedure is as follows: students apply to both colleges at the end of the fourth semester, and the colleges where they apply for majors will review their qualifications according to the college situation. After the examination and approval, the list of students who have passed the examination and approval shall be reported to the Academic Affairs Office for the record. At the same time, the college will publicize the list of students who are approved to study minor, double degree and double major.
Sixteenth students are only allowed to apply for one major as a minor or double major or double bachelor's degree during their school days.
Seventeenth minor, double major, double bachelor's degree learning requirements:
(a) minor, double major, double bachelor's degree courses and the applicant's professional courses with the same name, the same teaching requirements, do not need to take this course, insufficient credits can be made up by other courses in the professional training plan.
(2) If the applied minor, double major or double bachelor's degree course has the same name as the applicant's major, but the teaching requirements and contents are different, you can apply for exemption from lectures or elective courses.
(three) students who have obtained the qualifications of minor, double major and double bachelor's degree, and the corresponding course credits are not included in the professional credits at the same time. If you give up your minor, double major or double bachelor's degree when you graduate, the corresponding course credits can be used as elective credits for your major after submitting a written statement to the Academic Affairs Office.
(4) Students with minor, double major and double bachelor's degree must complete the courses specified in the teaching plan of minor, double major and double bachelor's degree and obtain corresponding credits when applying for professional graduation; Apply to the school for minor, double major and double bachelor's degree.
Article 18 When applying for graduation, students who have studied for double majors and double degrees can apply for a minor if they have not completed their studies for double majors and double degrees, but meet the requirements of courses and credits stipulated in the teaching plan for minor majors.
Nineteenth minor, double major and double bachelor's degree students pay a certain fee according to the relevant provisions of the competent department.
Chapter IV Course Selection
Article 20 Specialized courses include compulsory courses and elective courses. Among them, compulsory courses are divided into comprehensive compulsory courses and professional compulsory courses.
Twenty-first students should choose courses according to the requirements of the professional training plan of their grade. The required courses stipulated in the training plan are essentially required courses no matter when they are taken. For courses with strict priorities, the prescribed prerequisite courses should be selected first. The school allows students to choose courses across majors.
Twenty-second students in the specified time, through the course selection system to input the information of each semester. After students enter the course selection information, they must carefully check their course selection results to ensure that. Students can modify their course selection information within the specified course selection time; Students can only query the course selection results after the specified course selection time, and cannot modify the course selection data.
Twenty-third students who fail to complete the course selection procedures within the specified time will be regarded as not having obtained the qualifications for attending lectures and examinations in this course, and students are not allowed to attend lectures and examinations in this course on their own; The results of those who take the exam without authorization will not be recognized.
Twenty-fourth students admitted by disabled candidates can be exempted from physical education class and military training courses upon their own application and the opinions of their colleges, hospitals, sports departments and armed forces departments. After being audited by the Academic Affairs Office and approved by the principal in charge, credits must be supplemented by other courses.
Twenty-fifth students can self-study courses and obtain credits for a certain course after passing the examination, but students must go through the formalities of exemption from listening or course selection according to regulations.
Chapter V Curriculum Evaluation and Achievement Record
Twenty-sixth students must participate in the courses and various teaching links (hereinafter referred to as courses) stipulated in the school training plan. If you pass the exam, you can get corresponding credits and record them in the student record. Students who don't take the exam or fail the exam can't get credits, and their grades are recorded as F.
Article 27 The examination method of this course is examination.
(1) The examination is mainly a closed-book written examination. In the form of open-book or oral examination, it must be approved by the competent leadership of the hospital (department).
(2) The overall evaluation results of the course assessment include final grades and peacetime grades. The usual grades include tests, homework, reading reports, experimental reports, investigation reports, classroom discussions, mid-term exams, etc. The percentages of final grades and usual grades generally account for 60% ~ 70% and 40% ~ 30% respectively.
(3) Students who are unable to take the exam due to conflict in exam arrangement, illness or unexpected events must go through the formalities of postponing the exam at the Academic Affairs Office. Those who fail to take the postponed exam or take the exam without authorization are deemed to be absent from the exam, and their scores are recorded as F.
Twenty-eighth students who are absent from any course for more than one-third of the prescribed teaching hours or more than one-third (including one-third) of the homework are not allowed to take the examination of this course, and their scores are recorded as F.
Twenty-ninth students can not participate in the activities stipulated in the training plan on time, should ask for leave in advance and get approval. For those who are absent from class without approval, the school will give criticism and education according to relevant regulations, and disciplinary action will be given in serious cases.
Article 30 Schools shall practise a rehabilitation system.
(1) Students who want to get a course credit with an assessment score of F should retake the exam. The resumption of classes shall be paid according to the credit system charging method approved by the superior.
(2) There is no limit to the number of classes resumed during school study, and the results of each assessment are recorded in the school students' achievement files.
Thirty-first courses have been selected, and the assessment results are recorded in the school students' achievement files.
Article 32 The assessment results of students' course learning are recorded by the grading system of A, B, C, D and F, among which the assessment results of courses with improved additional questions are recorded by the grading system of A+, A, B, C, D and F. At the same time, the school takes the GPA as the comprehensive evaluation index of students' course learning.
Calculation method of average credit grade point: multiply the credit of a course by the grade point of the course, which is the credit grade of the course. The average credit score of students is obtained by dividing the sum of the credit scores obtained by students in the course by the sum of all the course scores of students in the same period. Namely:
Thirty-third students can choose courses across schools according to the inter-school agreement, and the scores (credits) of courses taken in other schools will be recognized after being audited by the school.
Thirty-fourth students must strictly abide by the discipline of the examination room when taking various examinations organized by the school; Those who violate the discipline of the examination room will have invalid course examination results (marked as F) and marked "cheating" on the report card. The school will also give corresponding punishment according to the relevant regulations depending on the seriousness of the circumstances.
Chapter VI Changing Major to School
Thirty-fifth students should complete their studies in the accepted major. Under any of the following circumstances, you are allowed to change your major.
(a) approved by the school assessment, students do have expertise, and changing majors can give full play to their expertise;
(2) Students who suffer from a certain disease or physical defect after entering school can still study in other majors after being certified by the medical unit designated by the school;
(three) with the approval of the school, students do have some special difficulties or non-personal reasons, and they cannot continue their studies without changing their majors;
(4) The school proposed to adjust students' majors according to the development and changes of social demand for talents, and the students agreed.
Article 36 The number of transfer students in each major per academic year generally does not exceed 10% of the total number of students in this major.
Thirty-seventh in any of the following circumstances, generally do not consider changing majors:
(a) the first semester of freshmen;
(two) students who have dropped out of school, retained their school status and retained their qualifications for admission;
(3) students who have dropped out of school;
(4) Students who have applied for graduation.
Thirty-eighth students change majors within four weeks before the end of each semester. The procedure is: students submit a written application to their college, and after being transferred to the college for examination, the transferred college will report it to the Academic Affairs Office for examination and approval before the holiday, and the Academic Affairs Office will announce the list of students who agree to change majors at the beginning of next semester. Students who are allowed to change their major should go through the formalities at the Academic Affairs Office within two weeks after the start of the next semester. Transfer to college to determine the original course of transfer students. Students who change majors must meet the requirements of the corresponding grade professional training program in order to obtain graduation qualifications.
Thirty-ninth students can apply for a major change at most within two years after entering school; Those who have studied in school for more than two years will not accept the application for changing their major in principle, and those who have been approved to change their major and go through the formalities may not apply for changing back to the original major.
Fortieth students should generally complete their studies in the accepted schools. If you are sick or have special difficulties, you can't continue to study in our school. You must apply in person, with the consent of the school and the school to be transferred, and with the approval of the administrative department, you can transfer.
Forty-first students transfer, with the consent of the schools in the two places, the transfer school shall report to the local provincial education administrative department to confirm that the transfer reason is justified before going through the transfer formalities; Inter-provincial transfer scholars shall be transferred from the provincial education administrative department of the transfer place to the provincial education administrative department of the transfer place, and the transfer procedures shall be handled after confirming the transfer conditions. If it is necessary to transfer the account, the provincial education administrative department where the account is transferred shall send a copy of the relevant documents to the public security department where the school is located.
Forty-second students under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to transfer:
(1) Having been enrolled for less than one semester;
(two) during the period of suspension, retention of school status and retention of admission qualifications;
(3) From the next batch of schools where students are enrolled to the last batch of schools or from low academic level to high academic level;
(four) when enrolling students, it is determined to be directional entrusted training;
(5) Should drop out of school;
(six) other without justifiable reasons.
Chapter VII Suspension and Resumption of School
Article 43 Students may complete their studies by stages. For various reasons, if you need to drop out of school or can't study normally, you can apply for suspension, and the cumulative suspension period is generally not more than two years. The calculation of students' suspension period must be approved by the Academic Affairs Office.
Article 44 A student shall drop out of school under any of the following circumstances:
(a) the school hospital diagnosis, due to illness need to suspend classes for more than six weeks;
(2) Being absent from school for more than six weeks (including six weeks) within one semester;
(3) The student is pregnant and gives birth, which is temporarily unsuitable for continuing his study and life at school;
(4) enlisting in the army;
(5) studying abroad;
(six) approved by the school to leave school to start a business;
(seven) for other special reasons, the students themselves apply or the school considers it necessary to suspend school.
Forty-fifth suspension time in principle is one semester, and suspension during the semester (before the final exam) is included in the suspension period.
During the period of suspension, you must leave school and live, and you are not allowed to return to school for exams.
Forty-sixth issues related to students' suspension from school shall be handled in accordance with the following provisions:
(a) students who have dropped out of school shall go through the formalities of dropping out of school, and the school shall retain their school status;
(two) students should go home to recuperate during the illness, and the medical expenses during the illness shall be implemented according to the regulations of the school hospital;
(three) students leave school to go home, travel expenses, accounts do not move out of school;
(four) during the period of suspension, students do not enjoy the treatment of registered students;
(five) students are responsible for their behavior during their suspension from school;
(six) students who study abroad at their own expense are allowed to retain their school status for one year;
(seven) students who are enlisted in the army may retain their school status until one year after retirement.
Forty-seventh students usually apply for suspension from school by themselves, with relevant certificates, approved by the college leaders and relevant departments, and reported to the Academic Affairs Office for approval. Within two weeks after approval, students will go to the academic affairs office to go through the formalities of suspension with their student ID cards; Those who fail to go through the formalities within the time limit will be suspended from their school after one week.
Students who drop out of school due to illness must go through the formalities of continuing their studies, which are the same as those of dropping out of school. If you don't go through the renewal formalities within two weeks, you will cancel your school status and drop out of school automatically.
Article 48 Procedures for resumption of schooling:
(1) Upon the expiration of the suspension period, students should submit an application for resumption of study to their college with the suspension certificate and corresponding supporting documents during the semester registration period, and they can resume study only after being reviewed by the college and approved by the Academic Affairs Office.
If a student has serious violations of law and discipline during the period of suspension or retention of school status, the school will cancel his reinstatement qualification.
(2) Students who drop out of school due to illness shall submit the diagnosis certificate issued by the local hospital at or above the county level, and pass the physical examination and re-examination of the school hospital. After being audited by the leaders of the college, it shall be reported to the Academic Affairs Office for approval and go through the formalities of resuming studies.
Chapter VIII Dropping out of School
Article 49 A student may drop out of school under any of the following circumstances:
(1) Among the course credits specified in the professional training plan, the required courses failed the examination (except those that have been re-qualified), and the accumulated credits reached more than 20 credits (including 20 credits);
(two) the students did not complete the courses stipulated in the training plan within the longest learning period of the school;
(three) to retain the qualification for admission, suspension and retention of school status, and not to go through the formalities for resumption of school after two weeks;
(4) Diagnosed by the hospital designated by the school, unable to continue studying at school due to illness or accidental disability;
(five) did not leave school for two consecutive weeks and did not participate in the teaching activities stipulated by the school;
(6) failing to register within the time limit prescribed by the school without justifiable reasons;
(seven) the students themselves apply for withdrawal.
It is not a disciplinary action to deal with students dropping out of school according to the above provisions.
If a student is expelled for the above reasons, except for the student's own application, the college where the student belongs shall, after listening to the complaints and arguments of the student or his agent, write a report with relevant certificates or explanations, which shall be signed by the leaders of the college, submitted to the Academic Affairs Office for review and submitted to the school for decision.
Fiftieth students drop out of school shall be decided by the principal's office meeting.
For students who drop out of school, the school will issue a decision to drop out and send it to me. If it cannot be delivered, it will be announced in the school and reported to the provincial education administrative department where the school is located for the record.
Article 51 The aftermath of students who drop out of school shall be handled in accordance with the following provisions:
(a) students who have dropped out of school should go through the formalities of dropping out of school in accordance with the regulations, and their files and accounts should be returned to the place where they are registered;
(two) for students who have studied for more than one year but have not completed the training plan and dropped out of school, the school will issue an associate degree certificate; Students who have been suspended from school for less than one academic year and who have been expelled from school are issued with learning certificates;
(3) Students who drop out of school or drop out of school for other reasons shall go through the formalities of dropping out of school within two weeks from the date when the notice of dropping out of school is served or announced; If you fail to go through the formalities within the time limit without reason, the school will cancel your student status and will not issue any academic certificates.
(four) students who cancel their school status and drop out of school will not be allowed to resume their studies.
Chapter IX Graduation, Graduation and Breaking the Law
Article 52 When students graduate, institutions of higher learning should conduct a comprehensive assessment and appraisal of students, including political ideology, moral quality, academic performance, etc. The assessment of ideological and moral character should be based on the Code of Conduct for Students in Colleges and Universities, taking the form of students' own summary and democratic appraisal by teachers and students, and the college will make an evaluation of actual performance.
Fifty-third students with formal school status can graduate after completing all the courses specified in the training plan and completing the required credits during their school years. Upon their own application, examination by their college and approval by the school, they can be awarded graduation certificates.
Article 54 The applications submitted by students who have obtained graduation qualifications shall be examined and approved by the Sub-committee for Academic Degree Evaluation of the College and the academic degree evaluation committee of the School. Those who meet the relevant conditions for granting bachelor's degrees by the state and the school shall be awarded a bachelor's degree by the school.
Fifty-fifth students who want to graduate should apply to their college one semester in advance, and the summary list of college audit should be submitted to the Academic Affairs Office and included in the graduation plan of that year. If there is any change, the original application must be cancelled at the beginning of the spring semester.
Fifty-sixth students who have applied for graduation but have not completed all kinds of credits stipulated in the training plan shall be treated in the following ways:
(a) did not complete the course credits stipulated in the training plan, but the academic achievements are not less than 90% of the total course credits stipulated in the training plan, and a certificate of completion can be issued;
(2) If the practice examination fails within the prescribed study period and fails to meet the graduation requirements, a certificate of completion shall be issued;
(3) If the graduation thesis (design) is unqualified, a certificate of completion shall be issued;
(4) Graduates should return to school for re-education within one year after graduation. Those who are qualified to resume their studies can apply by themselves, be reviewed by their college and reported to the Academic Affairs Office for approval, and their graduation certificates can be renewed. The graduation date in the graduation certificate should be filled in according to the date of issuance. If you don't go back to school for re-education within one year, or if you fail to pass the re-education within one year, but you don't apply for renewal of your diploma, you won't renew your diploma.
Article 57 Those who plan to graduate early (students who graduate early during the standard study period) should apply to their college one semester before graduation, and report to the Academic Affairs Office for the record after examination and approval by the college. Students who are allowed to graduate early will be included in the graduation plan of the year, and students who are dissatisfied with the credits at that time must withdraw their applications at the beginning of the spring semester.
Fifty-eighth students who have studied for more than one academic year, or have not completed the credits stipulated in the training plan when they graduate, and the lack of academic achievements does not meet the graduation requirements, shall be treated as suspension from school and issued with a permit.
Article 59 Upon graduation, students shall be examined for graduation qualifications according to the training plan of their major in the year of enrollment. The study requirements of undergraduates, students on leave, transfer students and foreign students shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations of the school.
Sixtieth graduates, graduates and students who drop out of school must go through the formalities of leaving school according to the regulations.
Sixty-first schools do not reissue graduation, graduation and graduation certificates and degree certificates. If a student loses or damages his diploma, degree certificate or degree certificate, the school can issue a corresponding certificate according to relevant procedures upon his own application, which has the same effect as the original certificate.
Sixty-second in violation of the national enrollment regulations, the school will not issue academic certificates and degree certificates; Schools should take back the academic certificates and degree certificates that have been issued, and report to the education administrative department to declare the certificates invalid.
Chapter X Supplementary Provisions
Sixty-third Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students, foreign students' school management, with reference to these provisions.
Article 64 These Provisions shall come into force as of the date of promulgation, and the original relevant provisions shall be abolished at the same time.
Article 65 The Academic Affairs Office shall formulate relevant implementation rules in accordance with these Provisions.
Article 66 The Academic Affairs Office shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Provisions.
