Xi University of Posts and Telecommunications &; Telecom (hereinafter referred to as Xiyou and Xi 'an Posts and Telecommunications) is a university jointly established by the Ministry of People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Shaanxi Provincial Government. It is a provincial-level university in Shaanxi Province and the implementation unit of the "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan" of the Ministry of Education.
