Heze College is located in Heze City, Shandong Province, which is the peony capital of China. It is a full-time general undergraduate college established by provinces and cities and mainly managed by provinces. The development of history

1958 In July, in order to solve the difficulties of middle school teachers in Heze area, Shandong Province and Heze decided to rebuild Heze Normal College on the basis of Heze No.1 Normal School.

1962 in may, the school conveyed the spirit of the meeting of cultural and educational institutions in Shandong province, and the party Committee studied the adjustment and cancellation work. In July, 1970, Shandong University of Finance and Economics was cancelled, and the personnel and school equipment were moved to Huimin and Heze respectively, and two normal colleges were established, and Heze Normal College was rebuilt.

On June 7, 2002, with the approval of Shandong Provincial People's Government, Heze Education College, Heze Radio and TV University, Heze Agricultural School and Heze Normal School were merged into Heze Normal College to build Heze College.

On May 7, 2004, approved by the Ministry of Education, Heze College was established.
