1, Wuhan University of Science and Technology

4. Three Gorges University

China Three Gorges University is located in Yichang City, Hubei Province. With the approval of the Ministry of Education, it was formed on May 25th, 2000 by the merger of the former Wuhan University of Water Resources and Electric Power (Yichang) and the former Hubei Three Gorges College.

It is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Water Resources and Hubei Province, and was selected as the second batch of "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan" of the Ministry of Education, the second phase of the basic capacity building project of universities in the central and western regions, and the "domestic first-class university" of Hubei Province.

5. Yangtze University

Yangtze University, located in Jingzhou City, Hubei Province, is a key university in Hubei Province. It is a national "Basic Capacity Building Project for Universities in the Midwest" and a "National First-class University Building University" in Hubei Province. It is also a joint venture between Hubei people, China Petroleum and Natural Gas Corporation and Sinopec Group.
