Many companies attach great importance to the work experience of the student union when they apply for a job. Although many HR don't like the student union, this is only a minority. On the whole, students who participate in student work are better than those who do not participate in the student union and have no other specialties, no matter in self-confidence, conversation and dealing with people.

6. Leaders can recommend employment. Leaders should cover the employment of each student union president. The job recommended by the leader can't be said to be good, but at least it is better than that at the job fair.
