Mr. Xu Dongsheng: Born in China, 1968, without permanent residency abroad, majoring in physical chemistry. 1986- 199 1 as a teaching assistant in the basic course department of Hubei Agricultural College. Since 2000, he has worked in the School of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering of Peking University, and has served as an associate professor, professor, doctoral supervisor and Changjiang scholar of the Ministry of Education. He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering of Peking University. Mr. Xu Dongsheng, director of Beijing Tiandun New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and director of Beijing Peking University Mingde Technology Development Co., Ltd., attended the training course for independent directors of listed companies held by Shanghai Stock Exchange on June 201March, and obtained the qualification certificate of independent directors recognized by China Securities Regulatory Commission.
