Henan Radio and TV University: Henan Radio and TV University (hereinafter referred to as Henan Radio and TV University) is a provincial adult undergraduate college approved by Henan provincial government 1979. It is a modern distance open university with a digital, multimedia and interactive distance teaching platform that organically combines computer network, satellite TV network and telecommunication network.

A distance education system covering urban and rural areas consists of 22 municipal TV universities and more than 100 county TV universities and teaching points. It is a new undergraduate institution of higher learning approved by the Ministry of Education and sponsored by the People's Government of Henan Province. With the mission of promoting lifelong learning for all and building a skilled society, supported by modern information technology and characterized by "internet plus", the school carries out academic education and non-academic education for the society.
