1. Huanghuai College is located in Zhumadian City, Henan Province. It is a full-time undergraduate college upgraded with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 2004. It is the Universities of Applied Sciences Reform Strategy Research Pilot College of the Ministry of Education, the National "Hundred Schools Project" Training College of the Ministry of Education, the vice-chairman unit of China Universities of Applied Sciences Alliance, the first batch of demonstration applied technology undergraduate colleges in Henan Province, and the member unit of CDIO Engineering Education Alliance.

Zhumadian Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time higher vocational and technical college approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. It is one of the "double high" engineering construction colleges in Henan Province.

3. Zhumadian Preschool Teachers College is a public full-time ordinary college approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government, put on record by People's Republic of China (PRC) and put on record by the Ministry of Education, focusing on training preschool teachers. In April 2023, the school official website showed that the school had five teaching units and offered 10 majors.
