1. Undergraduate graduates who meet the requirements for applying for a bachelor's degree will be awarded the corresponding bachelor's degree by examiners with the right to award degrees.

2. The disciplines granting bachelor's degrees are: philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, history, science, engineering, agriculture, medicine and management.

3. Conditions for applying for a bachelor's degree:

(1) support the leadership of China * * * production party, support the socialist system, support the people of China * * * and the Constitution of China, abide by the law, be healthy and have excellent academic performance;

(2) During the study period, the average scores of public courses, basic courses and major courses were above 70, among which 3 degree courses were passed at one time, with a score of 75;

(3) Take the foreign language test organized by the provincial degree office. Non-English majors who pass CET-4 and CET-6 can be exempted from taking the unified foreign language test. English majors test other foreign languages.

4. Application method of bachelor's degree: All undergraduate graduates who meet the above conditions and requirements shall submit a written application to the relevant adult higher education management department of their school or examiner's school in the year when they receive their graduation certificate, and fill in the relevant forms. Pay a certain fee for examination, evaluation, etc. For previous undergraduate graduates who have not obtained a bachelor's degree, no supplementary degree will be awarded.
