Capital Normal University:

Capital Normal University (the First Normal University for short) is a key university in Beijing founded by the Ministry of Education and the Beijing Municipal Government. It is a national "double first-class" construction university, and the school is located in Beijing. Capital Normal University is a comprehensive normal university. As of March 2022, the school covers an area of about 880,000 square meters.

The school has 3 1 directly affiliated departments, 59 undergraduate majors, 14 postdoctoral mobile stations, 18 first-class disciplines authorized by doctoral degrees, 4 national key disciplines, and 654,330 provinces and departments have jointly established the national key laboratory cultivation base.

Capital Normal University, formerly known as Beijing Normal University, was founded in 1954. After 1960, North China Renmin University, Beijing Workers and Peasants Teachers College, Beijing Art Teachers College, Beijing Teachers College and other departments merged one after another. 1992 Beijing Normal University merged and officially changed its name to Capital Normal University.

At present, the school has a group of experts and scholars who have certain influence at home and abroad, such as academicians of China Academy of Sciences and Academy of Engineering, Russian Academy of Engineering, Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, sponsors of the National Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and millions of national-level talents selected for the "Beijing Scholars Program".

The training program of leading talents in science and technology in the capital was selected into Beijing distinguished professor Support Program, Beijing High-level Talents Introduction Funding Program, Beijing Innovation Team Building Program, Beijing Science and Technology Rising Stars, Young Top Talents Training Program and Great Wall Scholars Training Program.
