Jacques Dubochet, Joachim Frank and Richard Henderson, three scientists from Switzerland, the United States and Britain, won the prize for "developing a low-temperature microscope for high-resolution determination of the structure of biomolecules in solution". The three people will share the prize of 9 million Swedish kronor equally.
