Sichuan Deyang 20 18 Announcement on Selected Graduates's qualification review and interview and other related matters.
According to the relevant provisions of the announcement of 20 18 on selecting and transferring outstanding university graduates from Sichuan Province to work at the grassroots level, the relevant matters such as qualification review and interview of outstanding university graduates selected from Deyang City on 20 18 are hereby announced as follows:
I. Qualification examination
(a) the object of qualification examination
Deyang city to enter the qualification review personnel and adjust the replacement of the qualification review personnel (see annex).
(two) the time and place of qualification examination
Time: Friday, June 8th, 20 18, 8:30- 12:00 in the morning, and14: 30-/8: 00 in the afternoon.
Venue: conference room of the Organization Department of Deyang Municipal Committee (conference room on the third floor of Building No.2 1 Changjiang West Road, Deyang City).
(3) Qualification requirements
Candidates are requested to attend the qualification re-examination at the designated place within the specified time according to the requirements of the announcement of 20 18 Sichuan Province on selecting and transferring outstanding university graduates to grassroots work. Those who pass the qualification review will receive an interview notice on the spot. Those who have incomplete information, unqualified conditions, provided false information or failed to participate in the qualification review within the specified time will be disqualified from the interview and will not be replenished. Candidates themselves must attend the qualification examination in person.
1. Materials to be provided for the qualification review of fresh college graduates.
(1) The Sichuan 20 18 Selected Graduates Registration Recommendation Registration Form, which has been audited and signed by the General Party Branch of the College (Department) and the Organization Department of the Party Committee of the University (employment department), is in triplicate (please log on to the registration website to download the sample form, print it on both sides, and attach a photo of the color certificate).
(2) The original and photocopy of my valid second-generation resident ID card, student ID card and written test admission ticket are each 1 copy.
(3) Candidates who join the China * * * Production Party must provide the original party member certificate issued by the Party Committee Organization Department of the university or the General Party Branch of the college (department) (indicate the time of joining the party).
(4) Candidates who have served as monitor and student cadres for more than one school year [including monitor (secretary) of class (League branch, Party branch), middle-level deputy of student union (Youth League Committee, Graduate Association) of schools and departments, and deputy of student union (association) of schools and departments] shall provide the original proof materials of student cadres issued by the Organization Department of Party Committee of colleges and universities or the Party branch of colleges and departments (indicate that they are the schools, departments or classes).
(5) Received a national scholarship; Provincial "Green Horse Project" training objectives; Provincial "excellent graduates"; Provincial "A-level certificate of college students' comprehensive quality"; "Three Good Students" at or above the school level and "Excellent Student Cadres" at or above the school level; Candidates who are "excellent league cadres" at or above the school level are required to provide the original certificate (school certificate) 1 copy and each copy 1 copy.
2. Materials to be provided for the qualification review of service grassroots project personnel.
(1) The Registration Form of 20 18 in Selected Graduates, Sichuan Province, which has been audited and signed by the competent department of the county (city, district) where the service project is located and the organization department of the county (city, district) committee, is in triplicate (please log on to the registration website to download the sample form, print it on both sides, and attach photos of color certificates).
(2) The original and photocopy of my valid second-generation resident ID card, education background, degree certificate and written test admission ticket 1 copy each.
(3) 20 17+02+3 1 original 1 copy and 1 copy issued by the competent department of the county (city, district) where the service project is located. Original and photocopy of the certification materials issued by the organization department of the county (city, district) committee as the party secretary of the built village (community) 1 copy, and original and photocopy of the certification materials or election certificate issued by the county (city, district) Civil Affairs Bureau as the director of the village (neighborhood) committee 1 copy.
Second, the interview
(1) interview time: 2065438+June 9, 2008.
(2) Candidates who have passed the qualification review will attend the interview at the designated place with the Notice of Interview, the written test admission ticket and my valid second-generation resident ID card. Please refer to the interview notice for the specific time, place and related requirements.
Three. Other related matters.
(1) Please arrange your personal itinerary in advance to ensure that you can participate in the qualification review on time;
(2) The materials provided by the candidates are printed on A4 paper;
(3) Candidates are requested to keep the communication open, and the candidates are responsible for the consequences caused by the inability to contact;
(4) Physical examination and inspection items. After the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee announces the list of medical examiners on the Sichuan Excellent College Students Selection Network, it will make a separate announcement on Deyang Personnel Examination Network.
