I think there are four points:
First, don't think you are a talent just because you have excellent grades in school. When you go out into the society, you will find that the knowledge you have learned at school is only a little superficial, and anyone with more experience than you can surpass you. After entering the society, employers value experience, and no one will ask if your grades in college are good or bad. Even if your grades are excellent, you are a blank sheet of paper in the eyes of the employer, and you are a new person who needs to be trained by the company without value. Therefore, in the interview, you might as well lower your profile, so it is easier to get the interviewer's favor.
Leaving school after graduation doesn't mean that you have stopped studying. This society has been progressing, and the idea of retiring after doing a good job no longer exists. Millions of college students enter the society in China every year. If someone younger, more diligent and with lower salary requirements appears, you may not need to stay. Therefore, even if you leave school, you should find what you are good at and interested in. It is best to cultivate your own skills and have an irreplaceable ability.
Third, we should have a sense of teamwork and the ability to communicate with others. In fact, the university also emphasizes team consciousness and communication skills, but you may not know the advantages and disadvantages of the school. But when you enter the workplace, these two abilities may be the key to your success. Any large-scale company is made up of many different departments. Only when all departments cooperate closely can the company operate normally. If there is a problem in communication between departments, it may have serious consequences and affect the operation of the company. Therefore, after work, we must always remind ourselves to have a sense of teamwork, not just thinking about ourselves, and communicate any problems in time to nip in the bud.
Fourth, once you enter the society, you must have a certain ability to resist pressure. As an adult, you must be able to withstand pressure. In college, life is naturally moist without the pressure of economy and work. After entering the society, you should be responsible for your own life, your own work, your sense of social responsibility and professional ethics, and solve your own difficulties, so that you can survive alone in the society.
The first job in society is very important for college students. The first job almost lays the foundation for your second or even third job. When you first enter the society, you are like a blank sheet of paper. The first job can often learn the most, so you must think it over before choosing.
