Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 These Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, and in order to ensure the smooth enrollment of general preparatory courses in schools, combined with the actual situation of schools.

Article 2 Southwest University for Nationalities is a public full-time ordinary institution of higher learning directly under the central ministries and commissions. It is headed by the State Ethnic Affairs Commission and established by the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, the Ministry of Education, the State Ethnic Affairs Commission and the Sichuan Provincial People's Government. Article 3 The main teaching campuses of the school are Wuhou Campus and Airport Campus. Wuhou Campus Address: No.4 South Section of the First Ring Road in Chengdu, Sichuan 16; Airport Campus Address: No.0/68, Wenxing Section, Daqian Road, Airport Development Zone, Shuangliu District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province.

Article 4 School enrollment shall follow the principles of "open procedures, fair competition, fair selection, comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence and physique, and merit-based admission".

Chapter II Organizational Structure

Article 5 A school shall set up an admissions committee and an enrollment working group for general undergraduate preparatory courses.

Article 6 The Admissions and Employment Office of Southwest University for Nationalities is the permanent organization of the school to organize and implement the enrollment of general undergraduate preparatory courses, and is specifically responsible for the daily work of enrollment of general undergraduate preparatory courses.

Article 7 The discipline inspection and supervision department of Southwest University for Nationalities shall supervise the enrollment of undergraduate preparatory courses in the whole process and accept the supervision of the society and the majority of candidates. Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Article 8 Principles and methods of enrollment plan allocation: The school plans to enroll 6,940 undergraduates and 455 preparatory students. In accordance with the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, in line with the principle of optimizing the structure of students and promoting regional balance, adhering to the school purpose of "serving ethnic minorities and ethnic minority areas and serving the national development strategy", combining with the actual situation of the school, the annual enrollment source plan is scientifically and reasonably compiled, and the factors such as the quantity and quality of students in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), the employment situation of ethnic minority candidates and graduates, and the coordinated development of regions are comprehensively considered. After the enrollment source plan is submitted to the State Ethnic Affairs Commission and the Ministry of Education for approval, it will be released to the public by the competent departments of enrollment in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

Article 9 Schools shall reserve a small number of plans according to the number approved by the Ministry of Education and the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, and the reserved plans shall not exceed 1% of the total number of plans. The use of the reservation plan strictly implements the Administrative Measures for the Use of the Reservation Plan for Undergraduate Enrollment in Colleges and Universities Affiliated to the State Ethnic Affairs Commission (Provisional), which is used to adjust ethnic students with unbalanced students, ethnic proportions and small populations in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

Chapter IV Access Rules

Article 10 According to the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education and the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, the undergraduate major of the school recruits candidates from all ethnic groups, including the Han nationality, of which ethnic minority candidates account for about 65% of the total enrollment. According to the situation of students, the school and the provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities) admissions departments agreed on the proportion of file transfer and the proportion of minority candidates. Preparatory classes only recruit minority candidates.

Article 11 According to the order of filling in the batch of volunteers, the school may accept non-first volunteer candidates if the number of first volunteer students is insufficient, and collect volunteers if there are still insufficient qualified non-first volunteer candidates; According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, the unfinished plan calls for volunteers. If the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces with good student quality to complete the enrollment plan.

Twelfth schools recognize the policies of addition and subtraction stipulated by provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), and enroll students and arrange majors according to the scores formed after addition and subtraction. Under the same conditions, minority candidates are given priority.

Article 13 When enrolling undergraduate majors, candidates who enter Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region will be admitted according to their professional volunteers within the enrollment plan 1: 1, that is, they will be admitted according to their professional volunteers' professional volunteers' ranking from high to low, and those who quit halfway will be admitted later; Candidates in Jiangsu Province must achieve a test score of 2B or above at the academic level, and be admitted according to the principle of "grading first, then grading later". Candidates from other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) are selected on the basis of their achievements according to the principle of "score first", and there is no difference in professional level. Under the condition of the same score, the priority principle of professional distribution: ① the order of professional volunteer; 2 nationality; ③ The scores of related subjects, in which literature and history candidates compare Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages and comprehensive literature in turn, and science and engineering candidates compare mathematics, Chinese, foreign languages and comprehensive science in turn. When the candidate's professional volunteer can't be satisfied, if he is transferred by a major, he will be transferred to other majors according to the candidate's grades. Those who do not obey the professional adjustment shall be dismissed.

Within the scope permitted by the scale of professional enrollment, the school will appropriately adjust the professional enrollment plan according to the candidates' professional volunteers.

Article 14 When art majors are admitted, the school recognizes the results of the provincial unified examination for art majors. Candidates who enter the archives will be selected from high to low according to the examination scores of art majors when they pass the examination scores of art majors and the scores of cultural examinations reach the admission control scores of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where they are located, and from high to low according to the scores of cultural courses when the scores of art majors are the same. If there are fixed admission rules, choose the provinces from high to low. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region "queues admission according to professional volunteers".

Fifteenth physical education major admission, the school recognized the results of the provincial unified examination of physical education major. Candidates who enter the file are selected according to the test scores of physical education majors from high to low, according to the admission control scores of their provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) from high to low, and according to the scores of cultural courses from high to low when the physical education majors are the same. If there are fixed admission rules, the provinces shall be selected from high to low according to the admission scores.

Sixteenth China minority languages and literature (Tibetan), Tibetan medicine and law (Tibetan-Chinese bilingual) require candidates to have a certain Tibetan language foundation; China minority languages and literature (Yi language), traditional Chinese medicine (Yi pharmacy) and law (Yi-Chinese bilingual) require candidates to have a certain knowledge of Yi language. The specific requirements shall be subject to the announcement of the relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) admissions authorities.

Article 17 Ethnology (Tibetan Studies) is a zero-starting class in Tibetan, free of tuition. Only candidates who have filled in their professional volunteers are enrolled, and no professional adjustment is accepted. In principle, you can't apply for changing majors after entering school.

Article 18 The order-oriented enrollment plan of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province is open to candidates who take the Tibetan language examination in Sichuan Province, and the specific requirements shall be subject to the announcement of Sichuan Education Examinations Institute. The accepted order-oriented candidates must sign a targeted employment agreement with the school and the corresponding units in Ganzi Prefecture at the time of admission. For students who have not signed the agreement, the school will cancel their admission qualification. Candidates who have been admitted to the order-oriented major may not apply for major change or transfer after entering the school. Those who have completed their studies will be arranged for employment by Ganzi Prefecture upon graduation.

Nineteenth architecture, urban and rural planning, landscape architecture majors require students to have a certain artistic foundation, and they must try to draw freehand brushwork after entering school. If the exam results can't meet the professional learning requirements, the school will adjust to a major with a comparable admission score according to its college entrance examination results.

Twentieth schools have the qualifications of overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students approved by the Ministry of Education, and the specific enrollment work shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education.

Twenty-first schools do not limit the proportion of male and female students, and former students are treated equally with freshmen.

Twenty-second candidates' physical health standards shall be implemented with reference to the "Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" and supplementary provisions jointly issued by the Ministry of Education and relevant departments.

Twenty-third freshmen, after entering the school, the foreign language learning language is English or Japanese, and candidates in other languages should apply carefully.

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Twenty-fourth those who pass the expiration of the academic system will be awarded a full-time diploma by Southwest University for Nationalities, and those who meet the relevant conditions will be awarded a corresponding degree certificate.

The twenty-fifth place tuition standard: art, sculpture, performance, music performance, dance 12000 yuan/year; Animation and photography major 9600 yuan/year; 7,200 yuan/year for painting and art design majors; Musicology (normal) major 6000 yuan/year; 6600 yuan/year for each major in architecture (five-year system); General science and engineering majors 4900 yuan/year; General literature and history, agriculture, forestry, sports and other majors 4400 yuan/year; China minority language and literature major 2000 yuan/year; Ethnology (Tibetan studies) majors are free of tuition; Preparatory classes (including foreign school preparatory courses) 3000 yuan/year. Accommodation standard: 800- 1200 yuan/year per person. The final charging standard is subject to the approval of Sichuan Development and Reform Commission.

Twenty-sixth freshmen, the school will be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the new entrance examination. Anyone who finds fraud will be disqualified and reported to the local admissions department for the record.
