The name PoHS is not only similar to the EU RoHS directive in appearance, but there is no doubt that this ban will be referred to as PoHS for your reference. Although the legislation only applies to Norway, it may become the de facto RoHS standard for electrical and electronic products exported to Europe, because few companies will produce the target products for a single market. Unless you are not going to sell your products to Norway.
The coverage of this new standard is greater than RoHS. It covers almost all consumer goods (with a few exceptions). In addition to consumer electronics, it also includes clothes, bags, buildings, toys and so on. These Provisions do not apply to food, food packaging, chemical fertilizers, medical devices and cigarettes, as well as means of transport, fixtures on means of transport, tires and similar means of transport accessories.
The new regulation proposes to restrict 18 substances, of which only two (lead and cadmium) are included in the EU RoHS directive, and another 16 substance is prohibited.

15, DHTDMAC: bis (hardened butter) dimethylamine chloride
16, bisphenol A(BPA): bisphenol A, namely diphenol propane.
17, PFOA: ammonium perfluorooctanoate
18, triclosan: triclosan, that is, triclosan.
