Submit the following materials (highest degree certificate, front and back of ID card, passport front and US visa page, passport photo (two-inch white background), application form, registration form, scanned signature, resume, personal business card, and payment of registration fee of 2000 yuan).

After reviewing the materials, the school will issue an admission notice, pay a research and study fee of 396,000 yuan for one trip to Harvard University, pay a research and study fee of 686,000 yuan for three trips to Harvard University for advanced research classes, and pay a thesis guidance fee of 5,600 dollars.
Learning and research funds include teaching management fees, teaching materials fees, project interpretation and translation fees, certificate fees and other fees.

After attending classes abroad, students return to China to make a one-year research plan, which is evaluated by the academic Committee of Harvard University, reviewed by the Kennedy School of Politics, and awarded the Harvard postdoctoral/visiting scholar program certificate through thesis defense.
