1. The quality of running a school is good. The cooperation between Hohai University and Lille University in France has high employment rate and good quality. The employment rate has been stable at over 95%, ranking among the top universities directly under the Ministry of Education, and most of the graduates are employed in national key units. A considerable number of graduates are employed in water conservancy, electric power, transportation, finance and other systems throughout the country, and most of them are engaged in scientific research, design, teaching and management.
2. The rate of going abroad is high. In recent years, about 70% of our graduates have been employed in coastal open cities, and 30% have gone abroad for further study. The proportion of graduates studying for master's degree in our school is nearly 30% every year, and some majors reach 40%.
3. The quality of the school is good. As our school is one of the 56 universities with graduate schools in China, about 15% of the fresh graduates recommend to study for master's degree without examination every year, of which about 70% recommend to our school without examination, and the rest mainly recommend to other key universities directly under the Ministry of Education and research units of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Lille Water College of Hohai University is a college with teaching, scientific research, international cooperation and exchange functions, which is jointly established by Hohai University and Lille University in Lille, France, and is characterized by water science, water engineering, water economy, water management and water culture. It is a beneficial attempt for Hohai University to go abroad to run a first-class discipline.
