From 20021to 2022, University of London ranked 8th in QS World University.

University College London ranked 8th in QS World University in 2022, 18 in 2022, 16 in American News World University in 2022, and academic ranking of world universities 17. In addition, the Complete University Guide ranked eighth among British universities in 2022, seventh among Times British universities in 2022 and ninth among Guardian British universities in 2022.
