1. On the recommendation of the tutor, the doctoral students who apply for early graduation submit a written application to the department to which their major belongs, fill in the Application Form for Early Defense of Doctoral Dissertation of Doctoral Students (On-the-job Personnel) and the Application Form for Defense of Dissertation, and submit the originals, photocopies and supporting materials required in the application conditions.

2. The Academic Degrees Committee Office will organize academic degree evaluation committee experts to review the applicant's materials after reviewing the dissertations and detecting the repetition rate of dissertations, and the review results will be fed back to the departments and publicized on the campus network.

3. Doctoral students who apply for defense and thesis defense in advance are included in the graduation plan of the year.
