If you can't find it, then use learning and clubs to train editors in universities and plan and publicize creative literary outreach. It is also a bright spot to learn or be familiar with these so-called departments. At worst, learn humor, make a group of friends and even praise others. Don't tell me it's hard. I have worked in all departments, and so has the President. Don't scare me. Or just study quietly.
