First, clear objectives. Many people go to college without a clear goal. As soon as I entered the university, I blindly joined various societies and ran for various class cadres, which led to doing various chores every day. When they are too busy, they often make a mess of things, which makes them feel that they can't do anything well and are particularly tired. So we must have a clear goal, and choose what to do and what not to do according to the goal.
Second, make a good plan. Make plans according to our goals. For example, if you want to improve your speaking ability, you can take part in a speech contest to exercise yourself. If you want to take the postgraduate entrance examination, you can join a study group and urge each other to study. With a good plan, you can make yourself less tired by following the plan.
Third, relax appropriately. There are always many things to deal with in college life, but we should also relax in time. We can all go to the playground with three or five friends, make a meal around the school, or make a short-term travel plan and go out for two days to relax our fatigue.
Finally, I hope you can enjoy your college life. Don't always put pressure on yourself. Only by relaxing psychologically can we really relax, so that we won't feel so tired in life. Find what you like and enjoy college life.
