Yang Canpei, member of the Standing Committee of Huizhou Municipal Committee, director of the United Front Work Department of Huizhou Municipal Committee and president of the Municipal Institute of Socialism, male, born in Huicheng District, Guangdong Province, Han nationality, 1956. He graduated from China University of Science and Technology with a master's degree in business administration. /kloc-0 joined the work in August, 1974, and/kloc-0 joined the China * * production party in March, 1980.

1After August, 974, he served as a member of the Highway Education Team in Huiyang area and a document of the Chigang Brigade of Tonghu Commune;
