Overview of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University is a full-time ordinary university in Heilongjiang Province, which was founded in July 1958. The first president was General Wang Zhen, former vice president and minister of agricultural reclamation. The school was originally under the Ministry of Agriculture and Reclamation, and 1973 was placed under the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province. After 60 years of development and construction, it has become an agricultural university with distinctive modern agricultural characteristics, focusing on agriculture and coordinated development of multiple disciplines.
