Zhoukou Kindergarten Normal School (formerly Huaiyang Normal School) is a full-time public higher vocational school approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government and held by Zhoukou Municipal Government. Is an independent pre-school normal school, academic education.

The school is located in the historical and cultural city of Huaiyang. Founded in March (1909), the original name is Chenzhou Fu Junior Normal School, which is one of the earliest normal schools in Henan Province. Since its establishment nearly a hundred years ago, it has sent tens of thousands of construction talents to the country and is known as the "cradle of teachers in eastern Henan".
