Nanjing University Jinling College Business School was established in April 2007. It is the first department established after the implementation of two-level management mode in Jinling University, which mainly trains applied undergraduate talents in economic management. Relying on the Business School of Nanjing University, the department is headed by professors and associate professors from various majors in the Business School, and consists of five departments: Finance Department, International Economics and Trade Department, Marketing Department and Accounting Department. The accounting department and marketing department also recruit students transferred from professional universities. There are more than 2000 students (inclusive), accounting for more than 20% of the total number of students in the hospital.

There are 49 faculty members in the college, and excellent teachers are hired from Nanjing University, Nanjing Normal University and Nanjing Audit University to teach each semester.
