Article 10 The enrollment policies and relevant regulations formulated by the Ministry of Education and the admissions offices of provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions shall be implemented, and the principle of "comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence and physical fitness and selection of the best candidates" shall be implemented. Under the condition that the candidates are fully qualified morally, intellectually and physically, fair competition and fair admission will be conducted based on the results of volunteering and cultural examinations.
Eleventh candidates within the scope of adjustment shall line up from high score to low score according to the principle of total score priority. When the score does not reach the first professional volunteer admission score, it depends on whether it reaches the second professional volunteer admission score, and so on until the last professional volunteer is admitted. Professional volunteers are not graded.
Article 12? If the local first-choice candidates above the filing control score are not satisfied with the enrollment plan, the school will recruit non-first-choice candidates, and the actual college entrance examination scores of non-first-choice candidates should be higher than the minimum 60 points of the first-choice candidates who have already filed. In the case that the total score of the college entrance examination is the same (excluding extra points), candidates with high scores in Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages are given priority when arranging majors.

Article 17? Students who have obtained the qualification of independent selection in our school in 2008 must take the national unified college entrance examination at the place where they are registered, with Nankai University as their first choice, and fill in their volunteers in our school's enrollment plan for the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). If the total score of the college entrance examination (including extra points) is higher than the local minimum admission score of similar subjects in our school, 20 points can be added to arrange majors according to the candidates' wishes.
