Are college students getting worse now?
This can't be generalized. Some students will get better and better, while others will get worse and worse. This is a state of polarization, mainly because of individuals, not the times.

Of course, from an objective point of view, today's college students are indeed much worse than before, but only slightly worse than those who were 10 years ago. If we push forward, we may be much better than their bodies.

The main reason for college students' poor health now is that there are not even a few classes from primary school to high school in physical education class, and students' free activities are strictly restricted in physical education class. Basically, they will not be ordered to do strenuous exercise, nor will they be given time and opportunities.

Often at school, they are organized to run on the playground, and one or two laps is enough, just for show. So for their bodies, most of the time is a spontaneous exercise process, and the school will not force it, so the students' physical quality is poor at this time.

Especially in high school, the pressure is huge and the amount of exercise is getting less and less. Sleeping for 6 hours every day, facing countless test papers, my mental activity is very strong. At this time, the body is easy to eat and problems are prone to occur. When we relaxed after college, problems began to appear. Therefore, this is also a problem accumulated in high school, which cannot be simply attributed to universities.

Before that, 10 college students were relatively free for them at that time. Junior high school and senior high school will not be so nervous as they are now, and everyone can still have a lot of time to exercise. At that time, there were no mobile phones to play with, so most people could exercise on the playground, and their physical fitness was great. And at that time, there were more things to eat and more balanced nutrition.

If we push forward, the college students of that era will be even worse. In our parents' generation, it was basically pickled beans with pickles, and it was good to eat a few meals of white rice every month, not to mention meat, so college students in that era were physically poor and thin.
