Zhicheng College of Fuzhou University is located in Yishan Campus of Fuzhou University in Fujian Province. With the approval of the Ministry of Education, Fuzhou University was established in July 2003. It was jointly built by the national "2 1 1 Project", the Fujian Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Education, and operated under a new mechanism and mode. It is a private higher school with full-time undergraduate education.
