First, Hainan Normal University.

Hainan Normal University is located in Haikou City, Hainan Province. It is a university jointly established by the people of China, the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Hainan Province, and a key university in Hainan Province. Selected into the national primary and secondary school teacher training plan, excellent teacher training plan, basic capacity building project of central and western universities, national demonstration universities for deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform, and national college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training plan;

It is the governing unit of China Entrepreneurship Education Alliance of UNESCO and the resident unit of Hainan Academician Workstation. It is a full-time general institution of higher learning that recommends outstanding fresh graduates to study as graduate students without taking the test.

Second, the teaching staff.

As of June, 2023, the school has a total of full-time teachers and researchers 1349, including 242 full-time teachers with senior titles, 4 full-time teachers with associate senior titles10, and 56 full-time teachers with doctoral degrees/0. National Special Support Plan for High-level Talents 1 person, 3 national 100 million talents project, 2 young talents who propagate ideology and culture, and experts who enjoy special government allowance from the State Council 12.

Third, discipline construction.

By June, 2023, the school had 19 authorized points for master of first-class disciplines, 13 authorized points for master of professional disciplines, 5 authorized points for doctor of first-class disciplines, and 2 mobile stations for postdoctoral research, thus forming a complete talent training system for bachelor's, master's and doctoral higher education.

Fourth, teaching construction.

By June, 2023, the school had obtained 1 national experimental teaching demonstration center, 1 national innovative experimental area of talent training mode, and 2 national joint training demonstration bases for education postgraduates, and obtained the national excellent Chinese traditional culture heritage base of ordinary colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education. In recent years, our school has obtained 18 national first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites and 6 national specialty.
