Reflection on coal mine accidents
The mine organized professionals from all departments to conduct a large-scale hidden danger investigation in remote areas, weak links and weak locations of the mine. All business departments and teams and groups shall formulate corresponding measures in a timely manner, and cadres at all levels shall further change their work style, strictly implement the system of "three walks and three visits" and conduct in-depth on-site investigation of hidden dangers. In view of the integration of mine safety supervision, Changcun Coal Mine has further improved the scheme of "taking mine by mine, supporting by mine, and leading by team". The production functional departments such as safety supervision, production and geological survey have deeply integrated the mine to carry out mentoring activities, helping to integrate the mine to find out the existing problems, formulating corresponding rectification measures and improving management quality and efficiency.
Through the "Accident Reflection Month" activity, the crisis awareness of cadres and workers at all levels in the mine has been further enhanced, and an independent safety management atmosphere of strong management, strict implementation, full of hidden dangers and advanced investigation has been formed in the mine, further consolidating the foundation of independent safety management.
Thoughts on Coal Mine Accidents (Ⅱ)
Changcun Coal Mine of Lu 'an Group conscientiously implemented the spirit of the group's video conference on safety work in May, and carried out the "Accident Reflection Month" activity in the whole mine to find all kinds of outstanding problems in safety work in an all-round and multi-level way, and strictly formulated measures for rectification to ensure mine safety production.
In the event of accident reflection month, all departments of Changcun Coal Mine, in accordance with the corresponding management scope, combined with the "five investigations and three violations" activities, analyzed the typical accident cases that occurred recently, deeply analyzed the causes and consequences of the accidents, and made cadres and workers receive profound reflection education, and carefully searched for problems and deficiencies in ideology, management, style and implementation.
Teams and groups make full use of time such as pre-shift meeting and study meeting, organize employees to conduct in-depth analysis and discussion on recent typical accidents, let each employee talk about the problems and hidden dangers around him, and carry out activities to sign the accident reflection month, so that employees can deeply reflect on their thoughts and behaviors, and guide and educate employees to operate in strict accordance with regulations. At the same time, each team of the mine carried out activities such as "the accident is around, the hidden danger is in front of us", such as accident reflection, hidden danger investigation and rectification. Based on their own work practice and working environment, employees deeply reflect on whether they have violated the rules, what hidden dangers exist and how to rectify them, so that employees can change from asking me for safety to asking me for safety, and further consolidate the safety foundation.

Safety technical measures to prevent gas and coal dust accidents
1) At the entrance of the roadway in the mining workplace, an exit must be set.
There are many coal seams, coal mining faces and tunnels like cobwebs. All kinds of roadways in mining areas are long and deep. If there is a strong explosion of gas and coal dust, the poisonous gas will quickly spread to the whole well silently, and the workers will faint soon, so it is too late to bring the self-rescuer. Wherever the gas goes, no one lives. However, where the toxic gas can't reach for a while, the people in the single-headed roadway (the roadway with oxygen inside) can survive and have the reaction time with self-rescuer. This points out a safety technical measure to avoid disaster for us, that is, setting up safety doors in front of air intake tunnels in all workplaces. Set carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide wind pressure disaster probes. In the event of a disaster, the emergency door must be automatically closed, the tunneling fan will be automatically turned off, the power supply in the workplace will be automatically cut off, and the ventilation of the excavation roadway will stop immediately. The special signal of disaster warning needs a gas monitor, which must have this function. Every household has a security door and every household is safe. The functional requirements of the safety door are portability, safety, air tightness and automatic closing. Usually, these two doors are locked with electronic switches. When carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide reach the accident concentration, the door lock is opened and the spring bow pulls the safety door to close automatically. Small coal mines and large coal mines can be used.
2) Set up a safe refuge cavern.
In all mining operation sites, safe refuge chambers should be set up, which are well sealed, with compressed air pipes for air supply, self-rescue devices and telephones. Set up the necessary number and scale of refuge chambers where people escape from the main lane, and all chambers to be built must build safety chambers. The refuge chamber is divided into two floors, high and low, and there is no telephone air pressure pipeline on the lower floor. One is 75 meters to 200 meters away from the excavation, and it will be used after mining. During blasting, the gas explosion occurred at the heading head, so that people who rest in the refuge chamber can avoid serious injuries caused by shock waves and toxic gases. All refuge chambers, doors and doorframes must be made of iron, strong, and the door wall has certain shock wave resistance, fire prevention and gas prevention. Personnel can carry self-rescuers, from the low-level cavern to the high-level cavern in the working face, one by one to escape and save themselves. Turn the disaster avoidance route into a life-saving route. Small coal mines and large coal mines can do this effortlessly.
It is necessary to change the backward state that there is no shelter and escape place when gas explosion occurs underground.
