There is absolutely no need to learn English, because universities pay attention to language ability. With IELTS, there must be a course in liberal arts, but economics and business are much simpler than English. I personally recommend math, advanced mathematics (if you have confidence in your math), physics, economics, business, accounting, depending on your target school.
