During the employment period, the special post personnel enjoy a living allowance of 4,000 yuan per person per month (including the part paid by the individual and the unit, personal accident insurance). The one-year contract will not be renewed after its expiration.

After five days of publicity, the candidates who have passed the qualification examination and physical examination have no objection, and the district education department will arrange with the district bureau of retired veteran cadres to work in the district colleges and universities (schools), and the employer will sign an employment contract with the recruiter for a period of 1 year.
