Candidates can check their scores in the following two ways:
1. Sun Yat-sen University graduate education management service platform: /graduate/web/login.html, login account is "SS18"+registration number (9 digits), the letters must be capitalized, and the password should be the last 6 digits of the ID number registered during online registration (if the last digit is "X", it must be capitalized).
2. China Postgraduate Admissions Information Network: /apply/cjcx/, with name and ID number. Candidates who forget their registration number can log on to the China Graduate Admissions Information Network for enquiries.
3. The transcripts of the initial test are downloaded and printed by the candidates themselves on the Internet.
Second, apply for review.
Candidates can apply for a review if they disagree with their test scores.
1. Audit scope: the audit is limited to whether there is any missing evaluation, missing score, wrong score, etc. Regarding the questions answered, it does not involve a strict grasp of the grading standards. The objective questions of the unified examination subjects are uniformly marked by the Guangdong Education Examinations Institute and are not included in the review.
2. Acceptance time: February 6 -7 (8: 30 a.m.-165438+0: 30 p.m. and 3: 00-5: 00 p.m.), and it will not be accepted at other times.
3. Application procedure: Print the transcript of postgraduate entrance examination-download and fill in the Application Form for Review of Postgraduate Entrance Examination Results of Sun Yat-sen University 20 18 (see annex)-and submit it to Room 205, Graduate Admissions Office of South Campus (No.205, Xingang West Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou); Foreign candidates can fax the above materials to 020-84111769 at the time of admission (fax at other times is invalid). Our school does not accept other forms of grade evaluation.
4. Re-examination results: After re-examination, candidates will be notified by phone before February 12 if the results change; If there is no change, no further notice will be given.
Third, announce the basic score line of the second interview
In the first half of March, the basic scores of re-examination will be announced on the graduate enrollment network of Sun Yat-sen University, and the re-examination list will be announced in the second half of March. The second interview is expected to be held from the middle and late March to the beginning of April, and the specific time will be announced separately.
During the re-examination, previous candidates must submit the electronic registration form of the education certificate of the Ministry of Education to the re-examination department, and freshmen must submit the online verification report of the student status of the Ministry of Education (see China Higher Education Student Information Network /xlcx/bgys.jsp for details). Candidates who fail to submit the above materials in the second interview due to special reasons must submit them to the department to be admitted before April 15. It takes about 2 months to apply for a school registration and verify a written report. Please apply as soon as possible.
