1. After studying and passing the political theory course specified in the examination plan, you can master the basic theory of Marxism and have the preliminary ability to analyze and understand problems by using Marxist positions, viewpoints and methods.

2. Pass the self-study examination, obtain the qualification certificates of all undergraduate courses, complete the graduation thesis and pass the thesis defense, and be granted graduation after examination, which shows that the candidates have really mastered the basic theory, professional knowledge and basic skills of the subject, and have the initial ability to engage in scientific research or undertake professional and technical work.

Candidates applying for bachelor's degree must meet the requirements of the examiner's institution and pass the degree English exam. (Examination institutions have their own regulations on degree awarding. For example, there are eight majors in Beijing that require an average score of 65 or above to award degrees. Please consult the examination institution for specific requirements. )

Degree application procedure

1. Undergraduate graduates of higher education self-study examination meet the requirements for approval of bachelor's degree. At the same time, apply to the local education examination institute or the self-study examination office, fill out the bachelor's degree evaluation form in duplicate, and hand in a recent 2-inch bareheaded photo.

2. The Municipal Examinations Institute or the Office of Self-taught Examinations shall review the applicant's archival materials (including the identification form of undergraduate graduates, the original graduation thesis and the thesis report) and the bachelor's degree evaluation form filled out by graduates, and report it to the Provincial Examinations Institute at the end of March without error.

3. The Provincial Examinations Institute collates and summarizes the bachelor's degree materials declared by the cities and conducts the preliminary examination. Those who pass the preliminary examination will recommend candidates' archives and degree roster to the examiners who have the right to award in April each year.

4. The competent department of bachelor's degree of the school where the examiner is located and the academic committee shall examine the applicants one by one as required. Those who pass the re-examination will be awarded a bachelor's degree, and those who fail will not be given a make-up exam.

Do not grant objects

Graduates of higher education self-study exams under any of the following circumstances may not be awarded bachelor's degrees.

1, violating the Four Cardinal Principles, or being disciplined or administratively punished by the school and work unit;

2. During the examination, deal with those who violate discipline and cheat;

3. Those who have not obtained the unified foreign language examination certificate for bachelor's degree;

Degree conferring procedure

1. Candidates who take the degree foreign language examination register at the examiner's school.

2. Those who meet the conditions for granting a bachelor's degree and intend to apply for a degree must hold a bachelor's diploma and a foreign language examination certificate, apply to the degree office of the examiner's school, and fill in the application form for a bachelor's degree. After being audited by the work unit or relevant schools and the provincial self-study office, the results will be submitted to the College of Adult Education (self-study center) of the examiner's school and reported to the academic degree committee of the school for review.

3. Undergraduate graduates who apply for the degree of higher education self-study examination shall pay the examination and evaluation fees to the degree department of the examiner school, and the specific standards shall be implemented according to the spirit of relevant documents. At the same time, pay a subject registration fee to the examiner's school.

4, the examiner's school degree office will audit results and other related materials submitted to the provincial degree office for the record, and at the same time sent to the provincial self-study office for future reference.
