Fudan University School of Nursing (formerly Shanghai Medical University School of Nursing) was founded in 1997 and is one of the earliest nursing schools in China. It was formed by the merger of the former Department of Nursing of Shanghai Medical University and the College of Nursing Affiliated to Shanghai Medical University.
