Management introduction

College system is a traditional mode of university operation in medieval England. Colleges are not only educational entities, but also places to provide accommodation-they provide an activity center for students to exercise, communicate and live. Everyone is in the same college, which can be different majors and different grades.

Take Durham's college system as an example to illustrate.
