In order to thoroughly implement the relevant decision-making arrangements of the Central Committee on consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and the spirit of the Implementation Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Examination Enrollment System, Nanjing Normal University will continue to face the whole country in 2022 according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education's Notice on Continuing to Do a Good Job in the Implementation of the Special Enrollment Plan for Key Universities in 2022 (No.3 [2022] of the Ministry of Education) and other related documents, and the specific implementation is as follows.

I. Registration conditions

Nanjing Normal University's "Good Health Plan" in 2022 mainly selects rural students with excellent academic performance, excellent grades and excellent comprehensive quality in poor rural areas and high schools below the county level (including county-level cities). The specific implementation areas shall be determined by the relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education. Candidates applying for the school's "Good Physical Fitness Program" must meet the following conditions:

(a) in line with the 2022 unified college entrance examination registration conditions;

(two) I, father, mother or legal guardian's household registration in the implementation area of rural areas, I have been registered in the local area for more than 3 years;

(3) I have been studying in the high school of the county (city, district) where my household registration is located for three consecutive years and actually attended it.

Third, the registration procedure.

(1) Registration time

April 15 to April 25, 2022.

(2) Registration process

Candidates are requested to log in to the college special plan registration system (/gxzxbm) within the specified registration time, register online and upload relevant materials, including:

1. application form (generated by the registration system after registration). The academic performance of senior high school at the end of each semester must be filled in the registration system. After the application form generated by the system is printed, all pages must be signed by the examinee himself, signed by the person in charge of the middle school and stamped with the official seal of the middle school.

2. Candidates should fill in the application form according to the relevant majors set in the registration system. This volunteer only collects candidates' professional application intentions for our school. Our school will determine the final college special plan according to the enrollment situation of candidates in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the enrollment majors and plans of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), and publish it through our undergraduate enrollment network. The final volunteers will be the professional volunteers reported by the provinces as required during the college entrance examination volunteer reporting period.

3. Materials that prove the excellent comprehensive quality of candidates.

4. Candidate's second-generation ID card and household registration book (home page, household head and examinee page).

All the above materials must be uploaded according to the requirements of the registration system after scanning or taking photos, and submitted online through the registration system. The school does not accept paper registration application materials. Candidates must ensure that the uploaded materials are true, accurate and clear. If the registration is not completed as required or the materials are not up to standard, the registration is invalid.

Four. Audit and access policy

(1) The school does not organize examinations for candidates whose household registration and school status have passed the examination of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), but organizes experts to examine the application materials of candidates, comprehensively inspect the learning foundation and comprehensive quality of candidates in high school, and select qualified candidates. The list of qualified candidates will be published on the undergraduate enrollment network of Nanjing Normal University and the sunshine college entrance examination platform of the Ministry of Education before May 3 1. Candidates can also check the test results through the registration system.

(2) The school will determine the final enrollment plan of colleges and universities by provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) according to the enrollment situation of candidates in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), combined with the enrollment plan, enrollment specialty and candidates' professional willingness, and publish it through our undergraduate enrollment network.

(3) Candidates who meet the requirements of the "Physical Health Plan" after publicity without objection must fill in the volunteers for special plans of colleges and universities in accordance with the relevant provisions of the provincial admissions authorities in the place of origin and the relevant requirements of the "Regulations on Undergraduate Admissions of Nanjing Normal University".

(four) "good health plan" qualified candidates must reach the origin province (key undergraduate batch) with the admission control score. For the provinces (cities) that implement the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination and merge undergraduate batches, the "undergraduate batch control line" shall be implemented according to the corresponding batch of special enrollment control lines of colleges and universities determined by the provincial competent department where the students are located. After the candidates enter the file, the school ranks them from high to low according to the college entrance examination files, combined with the provincial and professional (class) plans announced by the school and the voluntary distribution of majors by candidates. There is no grade difference between majors, and students are selected on the basis of merit until the plan is full. Candidates with the same results in the college entrance examination will be admitted according to the relevant provisions of the school enrollment regulations.
