Due to the need of work, with the consent of the school personnel department, an academic secretary of the scientific research team of Wuhan Optoelectronic National Laboratory is now openly recruited. I. Basic conditions

1. Bachelor degree or above, science and engineering background is preferred;

2. Love your job, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have strong organizational, coordination and communication skills; Good professional ethics and strong sense of service;

3. Have strong language expression ability and certain foreign language ability, be able to independently undertake official document writing, publicity and reporting, and be proficient in using computer office application software;

Second, the job responsibilities

1. Assist team leaders and team teachers in teaching, scientific research management, publicity, international exchange and secretarial work according to the post division of scientific research team;

2. Familiar with scientific research management and have experience in outreach management;

3. Have a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality, work hard and be principled;

4. Strong innovation ability and service consciousness;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the team leader and the office of Optoelectronic National Laboratory.

Third, post treatment: negotiable.

The probation period is two months, and the first round is two years.
