The College of Arts and Sciences of Yangtze University is a full-time ordinary institution of higher learning, which was confirmed by the Ministry of Education in 2004 and organized by Yangtze University. The College of Arts and Sciences of Yangtze University has seven departments, namely:

There are 40 undergraduate majors and 6 specialist majors/kloc-0. Undergraduate majors involve economics, law, education, literature, science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, management, art and other disciplines 10, with more than 7,000 full-time students.
